Blueberry, hemp & Almond Smoothie
We love smoothies, they are easy, usually require less than 5 ingredients and are super nourishing. Adding Hemp into your smoothies is a great way to increase your protein intake as well as Essential Fatty Acids.

- 1 tbsp organic hemp powder
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 cups of your choice of milk
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter in Conversion to Organic
- sprinkling of organic hemp seeds to serve
- Place hemp powder, blueberries, banana, milk and almond butter into your blender
- Blend until there are no lumps and pour into your glass
- Top with hemp seeds and enjoy!
