Blueberry, hemp & Almond Smoothie

We love smoothies, they are easy, usually require less than 5 ingredients and are super nourishing. Adding Hemp into your smoothies is a great way to increase your protein intake as well as Essential Fatty Acids.


  • 1 tbsp organic hemp powder
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 cups of your choice of milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter in Conversion to Organic
  • sprinkling of organic hemp seeds to serve


  1. Place hemp powder, blueberries, banana, milk and almond butter into your blender
  2. Blend until there are no lumps and pour into your glass
  3. Top with hemp seeds and enjoy!
