The promotion runs from 18 September - 18 October 2026. Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Ceres Organics giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period. One winner will receive a KitchenAid KSM195 TH Mixer – Almond Cream, plus a $250 Ceres Organics online gift voucher.

1. Promoter

The promoter is CERES ORGANICS LIMITED, trading as Ceres Organics(“Ceres Organics” or the “Promoter”). Questions about the Promotion can be sent to hello@ceres.co.nz. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Ceres Organics KitchenAid Giveaway opens on 18 September 2026 and closes at midnight NZST/NZDT on 18 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Who Can Enter

The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors and contractors of Ceres Organics, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Ceres Organics may request reasonable proof of an entrant’s identity, age or New Zealand residency before awarding the prize.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.

To enter, participants must:

- Complete and submit the official Ceres Organics KitchenAid Giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period;
- Provide the information requested on the entry form, including a valid email address; and
- Consent to becoming a Ceres Organics marketing contact and receiving marketing communications from Ceres Organics by email.

By submitting the entry form, entrants acknowledge that they are signing up to receive Ceres Organics marketing communications, including news, offers, promotions and other updates. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

One entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed. Incomplete, inaccurate, automated or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid. There is no cost to enter other than any standard internet or data charges incurred when accessing the entry form.

5. Prize

One winner will receive: 1 × KitchenAid KSM195 TH Mixer – Almond Cream; and 1 × $250 Ceres Organics online gift voucher, redeemable at ceres.co.nz in accordance with the applicable voucher Terms & Conditions.

The total retail value of the prize package is NZ$1,349.

Promotional prize images are for illustrative purposes only. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Ceres Organics’ reasonable control, Ceres Organics may substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

6. Prize Draw and Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will take place on Monday, 19 October 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied on their entry form.

Ceres Organics may announce the winner on its website, email communications and/or social media channels using the winner’s first name, and/or region.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted.

If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within this timeframe, Ceres Organics may declare their entry invalid and redraw the prize.

7. Prize Delivery

Delivery of the KitchenAid prize to one serviceable New Zealand residential address is included and will be arranged at Ceres Organics’ cost.

The winner must provide accurate contact and delivery information within the timeframe requested by Ceres Organics.

The winner may need to be present, or arrange for another adult to be
present, to receive the delivery. Ceres Organics is not responsible for delays caused by courier or freight
providers, incorrect information supplied by the winner, or circumstances
outside its reasonable control.

The $250 Ceres Organics online gift voucher will be provided to the winner electronically unless otherwise
advised.

8. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Ceres Organics will collect personal information provided through the giveaway entry form for the purposes of administering the Promotion, selecting and contacting the winner, fulfilling the prize and, where consent has been provided, sending Ceres Organics marketing communications.

By providing consent to receive marketing communications through the giveaway entry form, entrants agree to receive Ceres Organics news, offers, promotions and other marketing communications by email.

Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Ceres Organics emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate an entry already received or affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Ceres Organics Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, conduct the prize draw, contact the winner or deliver the prize.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information in accordance with Ceres Organics’ Privacy Policy.

9. Facebook and Instagram

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Entrants provide their information to Ceres Organics, not Facebook or Instagram.

Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for administering the Promotion or fulfilling the prize.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, likes, comments, follows, shares or tags
on social media do not constitute an entry. Entry is made by submitting
the official Ceres Organics giveaway entry form.

10. General

Ceres Organics may reject or remove entries where it reasonably believes an entry is duplicated, automated, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If the Promotion cannot operate as reasonably anticipated because of fraud, technical failure, a platform outage, circumstances outside Ceres Organics’ reasonable control or another event that affects the fairness or integrity of the Promotion, Ceres Organics may suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion where permitted by law.

Ceres Organics is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any decision made by Ceres Organics regarding eligibility, the prize draw or administration of the Promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.

This giveaway is run by Ceres Organics and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with KitchenAid.

The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable New Zealand law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
