Creamy Millet Porridge

This Creamy Millet Porridge makes a tasty, nutty and nutritious breakfast - perfect to power you through your day!


  • ½ cup Ceres Organics Hulled Millet
  • 1 ½ cups filtered water
  • ½ cup Ceres Organics Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Ceres Organics LSA
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Ceres Organics Functional Fibre
  • 2 tablespoons Ceres Organics Pistachios (chopped)


  1. Cook millet according to packet instructions.
  2. Reduce heat to low, add coconut milk, then simmer for a few minutes, until creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and pour porridge in a bowl. Swirl through some maple syrup and top with desiccated coconut, chopped pistachios and Ceres Organics Functional Fibre.
