Creamy Millet Porridge
This Creamy Millet Porridge makes a tasty, nutty and nutritious breakfast - perfect to power you through your day!
- ½ cup Ceres Organics Hulled Millet
- 1 ½ cups filtered water
- ½ cup Ceres Organics Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Ceres Organics LSA
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons Ceres Organics Functional Fibre
- 2 tablespoons Ceres Organics Pistachios (chopped)
- Cook millet according to packet instructions.
- Reduce heat to low, add coconut milk, then simmer for a few minutes, until creamy.
- Remove from heat and pour porridge in a bowl. Swirl through some maple syrup and top with desiccated coconut, chopped pistachios and Ceres Organics Functional Fibre.
