3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
Creamy, rich peanut butter fudge made with only 3 ingredients! Naturally sweetened and healthy, it's the perfect plant-based sweet treat.

- 1 cup Ceres Organic Coconut Butter
- 2/3 cup Ceres Organic Peanut Butter (smooth)
- 4 tbsp Ceres Organic Maple Syrup
method
- Add ingredients to a double boiler.
- Heat over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are combined and you have no lumps.
- Line a small loaf pan approximately 10cm x 15cm with baking paper and pour the mixture into it. Use a spatula to even out your fudge. Alternatively, evenly distribute fudge mixture between an ice cube tray.
- Refrigerate for around 2 hours or until set. If using a loaf pan, remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. If you used an ice cube tray, carefully remove cubes. Store fudge in the refrigerator for up to a week. If it lasts that long!
