Quick Pita Pizza

Short on time? Try our quick and flavourful Pita Pizza recipe. With just a handful of ingredients including you can create a satisfyingly tasty pizza sauce. Layered onto wholemeal pita bread and topped with sundried tomatoes, our organic Kalamata olives, and dairy-free grated cheese, these pizzas are bursting with Mediterranean flavours. Simply pop them in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown, slice, and serve hot for a delightful meal that's ready in no time.


  • 3 Tbsp Ceres Organics Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp Ceres Organics Olive Oil
  • 4 Wholemeal Pita Bread
  • ½ cup Ceres Organics Sundried Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Ceres Organics Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • ½ cup Dairy Free Grated Cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
  2. Combine the tomato paste, minced garlic, olive oil and herbs in a bowl to form the pizza sauce.
  3. Slice the olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Lay the pitas on an oven tray and spread with the pizza sauce. Top with the dairy free cheese, olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
