Inspired by Noel’s favourite flavours the little bird x Ceres Organics Pick Me Up Smoothie is a rich, energizing treat that combines the bold flavours of Cacao, Coffee and Cardamom for the ultimate functional indulgence.

1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp Ceres Organics Cacao
50ml of cold brew (not espresso)
Pinch of cardamom
1 Tbsp avocado
2 heaped Tbsp of coconut or cashew ice cream, alternatively you can use 1 Tbsp cashew butter and 1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt for a less sweet version
3-4 Ceres Organics Deglet Dates
1 cup of ice
Ceres Organics Hemp Seeds
Cacao nibs
Optional: 1/2-1 tsp Ceres Organics Maca Powder
