Inspired by Noel’s favourite flavours the little bird x Ceres Organics Pick Me Up Smoothie is a rich, energizing treat that combines the bold flavours of Cacao, Coffee and Cardamom for the ultimate functional indulgence.

ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp Ceres Organics Cacao
  • 50ml of cold brew (not espresso)
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp avocado
  • 2 heaped Tbsp of coconut or cashew ice cream, alternatively you can use 1 Tbsp cashew butter and 1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt for a less sweet version
  • 3-4 Ceres Organics Deglet Dates
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Ceres Organics Hemp Seeds
  • Cacao nibs

method

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! Recommended topping with hemp seeds and cacao nibs.
