  • 1 Tbsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Ceres Organics Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp Ceres Organics Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Banana
