Our sauerkraut is made traditionally, in the home of sauerkraut. It’s simply organic cabbage, slowly fermented in its own juice with a bit of salt, and without the addition of starter cultures. It’s heat stabilised, yet retains around 1-1.5% lactic acid. Mildly tangy, this low carb food is a zingy addition to nearly any meal or snack.

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5 days.

    I love this sauerkraut because the flavour is quite mild compare to others I've tried - this means I can have it with any food and the taste is not overpowering.

    Excellent

    The bottle is jam packed full so definitely feels like value for money. I've been using it as an addition to my raw "rice" for sushi, it gives the rice the needed vinegar taste with the gut benefits of sauerkraut.
