    Excellent corn starch

    Love this for thickening sweet or savoury dishes. So good to find a corn "flour" that doesn't contain wheat. I remember the usual supermarket ones, named "wheaten" cornflour. :-D

    I make shortbread for neighbours with it, and they are a favourite if I need to take a sweet treat to any family gatherings.
