Grown by ‘working with nature’, using no chemical pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers. Also known as ‘Indian Ginseng’, this potent herb is ground from the root of the perennial Withania Somnifera plant. It was prized by the ancients for uses extending beyond food, and is a mainstay of Ayurveda. In fact, in Sanskrit it means “the smell of a horse,” hinting it has the ability to impart energy and strength.Today ashwagandha is reaching new levels of awareness and respect. Totally google-worthy! Traditionally taken with honey and hot milk, it’s great mixed into a comforting tea or tonic. A little goes a long way - Just add 1/4 - 1 teaspoon of this powered goodness to 1 cup of liquid.

    Great

    Taste is terrible but the benefits are huge and undeniable. Can’t live without it. I take 3g per day before bed. Great for sleep quality.

    I mix with a flavoured protein powder to hide the taste

    Great product with many benefits

    Very happy. Has a slight laxative effect but helps to regulate nerves and stress as well as building energy and strength for exercise. Has a pungent flavour but I tried a few water flavour drops with no problems. Needs a good stir 😊👍
