ingredients

  • 1 tsp Ceres Organics Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ceres Organics Ashwagandha
  • 1/2 cup Ceres Organics Quick Cook Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Ceres Organics LSA + P
  • 1 tsp Ceres Organics Chia Seeds
  • 3 Ceres Organics Pitted Dates (chopped roughly)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond or oat milk
  • Ceres Blueberry Cashew GF Muesli to serve
  • Ceres Organics Cacao Nibs to serve
  • Ceres Organics Cashew Coconut Butter to serve
  • Coconut yogurt to serve

method

  1. In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Add milk and maple and mix well - leave for at least 10 mins to soak, ideally overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, heat in the microwave or stovetop, or leave as is.
  4. Top with fresh or frozen berries, Ceres Blueberry Cashew GF Muesli, vanilla coconut yoghurt, Ceres cacao nibs, and Ceres cashew coconut butter, and an extra drizzle of maple if you have a sweet tooth.
