Creamy, antioxidant-rich these Matcha Overnight Oats are made with Ceres Organics oats, chia seeds and Matcha Powder. This easy make-ahead breakfast delivers sustained energy, gut-loving fibre and a gentle caffeine boost without the crash.

  • 2/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Ceres Organics Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp Ceres Organics Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ceres Organics Matcha Powder

method

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the almond milk, coconut yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla and matcha until smooth and evenly combined.
  2. Stir in the oats and chia seeds until well mixed.
  3. Divide the mixture between two jars.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours) to set. For a firmer, cheesecake-style texture, place in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, top with goji berries and toasted coconut.
