These Matcha Supercharged Bliss Balls are the perfect afternoon energy boost. Packed with fibre, healthy fats, and plant-based goodness, this no-bake recipe by Chia Cheng combines antioxidant-rich matcha with quinoa flakes, chia, hemp seeds, and creamy almond butter for a nourishing bite.

½ cup (50g) Ceres Organics Quinoa Flakes
1 Tbsp Ceres Organics Matcha Powder (sifted)
2 Tbsp Ceres Organics Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Ceres Organics Hemp Seeds
¼ cup Ceres Organics Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

100g organic dark chocolate (80% min), melted
2 Tbsp Ceres Organics White Sesame Seeds, toasted

method

Toast sesame seeds in oven at 160 degrees for 13 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Combine matcha ball ingredients in a bowl and stir till combined.
Roll into balls (around half size of golf ball).
Place in fridge to set.
While balls are setting, melt chocolate over double boiler.
Take the balls out after 30 minutes. Dip the balls halfway into the chocolate and use a spoon to smooth. Repeat the process and place the balls on a plate or cooling rack with the chocolate facing upwards.
Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the balls. Leave the chocolate to set in the fridge, then transfer to an air tight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (or freeze for up to 2 months).
