    Nice easy snack for toddler

    My baby likes roast capsicum, which i don't always have on hand - but having a jar of these already cooked ones in the fridge makes it easy to give him a healthy snack, just cut them up and they're ready to eat. I use the oil theyre in to cook, including to oil the edges of our pizza bases.
