Our green olives are matured under the Mediterranean sun and harvested when they are plump and flavoursome. Preserved using only certified organic lemon juice and pure sea salt, our olives are naturally free from colorants or
artificial preservatives. Perfect on platters, in hot and cold dishes or simply straight from the jar.

Refrigerate once opened ensuring the olives are covered by the brine. Consume within 10 days.

    These are great olives that taste like olives and not salt. I had a well known supermarket brand and a ceres organic olive back to back and will now only ear ceres. I find the brine to be superb also for adding to my cashew cheese or salad dressings.
