It's important to me that the seeds and nuts that I buy are fresh. Ceres Chia Seeds have a very fresh aroma and taste fresh. I soak 2 tbsps overnight to add to my smoothie the next day.

I love these tiny seeds. I add some to my breakfast mixture. I make raw jam and also add some chia as well to make the jam thicker.
