This homemade Maple Granola is a naturally sweet, deliciously crunchy breakfast or snack that's easy to make and endlessly customisable. Made using pantry staple ingredients from our Refillable Range.

  • 3 cups Ceres Organics Rolled Oats
  • 1 ½ cups roughly chopped Ceres Organics nuts of your choice
  • 1 cup Ceres Organics seeds
  • ½ cup Ceres Organics Coconut Chips
  • ¼ cup Ceres Organics Flaxseed
  • ¼ cup Ceres Organics Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Ceres Organics chopped dried fruit (optional)

method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160C fan bake. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add the coconut oil and maple syrup and mix until well combined.
  3. Place the mixture into a large oven dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until mixture is light golden brown. Turn frequently to ensure even cooking and watch carefully towards the end of cooking time as it can burn quickly.
  4. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Add chopped dried fruit if desired.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
