    These are great, tasty and fresh and perfectly sweet. The 3kg bag makes them very economical when eating them daily. A great way to get essential acids in the diet. I use them to make raw mayonnaise, raw mousse, raw mylk and to sweeten smoothies. Fantastic!

    These dates work well for sweetening baked goods and even drinks. I enjoy them fried in butter too! Almost guilt free and kinder on your body than most sweeteners.
