1 cup Ceres Organics Stoneground Flour
¼ cup Ceres Organics Coconut Milk
2 tsp Ceres Organics Corn Starch
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp Ceres Organics Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ceres Organics Onion Powder
Ceres Organics Vegan Mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
Fresh herbs
Salt and pepper to taste

method

Drain the canned corn and combine all the ingredients into a bowl and fry off in batches.
Dry off excess oil on a paper towel and serve with some mayo and fresh herbs.
