Tart Cherries that were not tart!
I was very pleased with efficient delivery etc but disappointed to find the cherries were not sour as I expected. They were as sweet as cranberries so did not provide the contrast I expected in the salad recipe I had bought them for. As I puzzled over this I spotted the reason on the packet -they were soaked in apple juice! Next time I make this salad I will be looking for genuinely tart cherries.

The best!
I use so many of these dried tart cherries in biscuits and baking. No sulphites and sweetened with apple juice, they are the best out there.
