Our artisan kelp range is made with a blend of kelp seaweed, harvested from the pristine waters of the north island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients. It's then ground into granules and blended with non GMO flavourings - Chilli, Garlic or Lemon. Try our zesty, mouth-watering delicious everyday seasoning during or after cooking for a citrusy, umami hit. Use as a rub (on chicken or fish) or salt replacement. May reduce cooking time. Naturally tenderising. Excellent source of Iodine.
