It's then ground into granules and blended with non GMO flavourings - Chilli, Garlic or Lemon. Try our zesty, mouth-watering delicious everyday seasoning during or after cooking for a citrusy, umami hit. Use as a rub (on chicken or fish) or salt replacement. May reduce cooking time.
