Different to our popular seaweed snack, this Nori is raw and air-dried to preserve its natural mineral density. It's ethically harvested from an organically certified area, tested and chopped into flakes for your convenience and contains no other ingredients! Sprinkle generously onto poke bowls, egg dishes, salads, soups, pizza, pasta, stir fries, vegetables, seafood, rice or eat with nuts and seeds. This is a delicous addition to savoury baking (you can replace salt!), Mediterranean dishes and it pairs wonderfully with chocolate and ginger. Excellent source of Iodine. Source of Vitamin B12.

    Convenient, but made in China.

    If you want to sprinkle over your poke bowl it is perfect. But it's quite thin and the pieces are quite small.

    I actually cannot find Nori not from China.
