At Ceres Organics we like our food wholesome and pure. So our Ancient Grain Fusion is just that! It combines the goodness of Quinoa and Brown and Red Rice. The result is a nutrition-packed grain mix, full of natural deliciousness. Straight up goodness. Easy to prepare, it can be used just like any other grain.

TO COOK: Soak grains in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Drain and add 1 ½ cups of water for every cup of grain. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is done. It will have a lightly chewy texture.

    Ancient Grain Easy and Delicious

    I always enjoy the Ancient Grain Fusion. It has a delicious nutty flavour, and it makes a great base for a salad adding other vegetables to it for a side dish or a meal on its own.

    It is easy to prepare.
